Monterey County’s Board agendas are published on the County’s website with the supporting documents for each agenda item.
Note: Board Agendas are posted to the Monterey County website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and are provided for the convenience of the public. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy and completeness, the Board Agenda as posted to our website should not be considered the official agenda and is subject to change. The official agenda is on file in the Clerk of the Board’s office and is posted outside the County Administration Building and can be accessed 24 hours per day. Please contact the Monterey County Clerk of the Board at 831.755.5066 to obtain any changes or revisions to the Board Agenda that may have occurred after the agenda was posted to our website and prior to the meeting date.

Note: The Clerk of the Board will issue a supplemental/addendum Agenda on the Friday preceding the Board of Supervisors meeting. It is posted outside the County Administration Building and can be accessed 24 hours per day. The supplemental Agenda can be viewed at the following link: http://monterey.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=5. Urgency items submitted after posting of the Supplemental Agenda and/or Regular Agenda may be read in by the Clerk at the beginning of the meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR: These matters include routine financial and administrative actions, appear in the supplemental section, and are usually approved by a single majority vote.
REGULAR CALENDAR: These items include significant financial and administrative actions of special interest, appear in the white section, are classified by program areas and are usually approved by a single majority vote for each program. The regular calendar also includes “Scheduled Matters,” which are noticed hearings, work sessions and public hearings.
